The key to their continued success is hiring a talented Head of Digital / Head of Performance to lead and strategize digital marketing efforts, managing an internal team and external agencies.
Their goal is to ensure all marketing strategies are innovative, efficient, and aligned with broader business objectives.
The Role
1. Drive measurable growth through digital channels including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, and Display.
2. Mentor and develop the performance marketing team, sharing best practices.
3. Manage a significant digital budget to maximize ROI based on data insights.
4. Collaborate with other department heads to integrate marketing strategies seamlessly into the business.
5. Utilize data analytics to inform marketing decisions and leverage new technologies.
6. Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and communication strategies.
7. Report performance metrics to the board, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
