Job description:
Our client is a world class leader of mechanical, electrical and public health services, they provide the design, management, delivery of the most technically challenging MEP schemes with sustainability in the heart of their work. They are currently seeking a Revit Technician to help support its rapidly growing, successful team.
Responsibilities:
- Strongly-focussed Revit involvement including co-ordination with other disciplines
- Practical working experience as a Revit Technician in a Building Services Environment
- Producing a wide range of working drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of BIM protocols and BEP’s
- Use of Navisworks to produce and clear clash detection throughout the course of a project
- Preferably have experience of scheduling from Revit as well as extensive inputting design data into Revit
- Reporting to and continuous liaison with the Lead Revit Technician
- Ensuring all deadlines are met to the highest standard
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience within the Construction / Building Services industry
- Ideally have experience in a wide range of sectors
- Experience using AutoCAD and Revit
- Knowledge of Stabicad would be ideal but not essential
- Confidence to take a ‘hands on’ approach
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexible attitude to balance work loads and deadlines
