Job Description
* Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
* Develop pricing models, evaluate business cases, and create scenario modelling.
* Provide strategic financial insight and support and challenge to Directors.
* Oversee management accounts, develop dashboards, and ERP optimisation.
* Manage and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners
The Successful Applicant
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
* Proven leadership experience and strong technical expertise.
* Skilled in financial modelling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
* Collaborative, proactive, and able to influence at all levels.
