1. To develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and Protection clients, by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service
2. To ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and to expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate

4. To work pro-actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans
Responsibilities include:
5. Identify business opportunities from client portfolio and your own network
6. Maintain required industry and technical knowledge
7. Manage client projects to successful conclusion
8. Compliance with sales process and tools
9. Retain and develop profitable client portfolio to include new clients/service lines
10. Build relationships with key decision makers
11. Win new mandates
12. Take overall responsibility for the delivery to the client of the agreed services
13. Consult with client to agree and document needs and objectives and ensure delivery of these objectives
14. Hold periodic review meetings with client
15. Client action planning in conjunction with client team
16. Manage insurer meetings with clients
17. Ensure all clients have compliant engagement documentation, in line with agreed process
18. Agree and monitor client fee and service specifications to ensure continued profitability
19. Own personal and client financial targets
20. Maintain technical knowledge to the required standard
21. Work with client team to deliver a profitable seamless service
What you need to have:
22. In depth Healthcare and Group Risk knowledge is essential
23. Technical, product and process knowledge
24. Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
25. Related business experience
26. Achievement orientated
27. Consulting and relationship management skills
28. Inter-personal, communication and time management skills
29. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
