SENIOR MARKETING ANALYST (CRM)
HYBRID – WATFORD (3 DAYS PER WEEK IN OFFICE)
SALARY – UP TO £60,000 + 10% BONUS

A leading gaming and entertainment organisation is undergoing a major digital transformation, with significant investment into CRM and analytics!
THE ROLE
As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will:
* Build and segment audiences for multi-channel campaigns (email, push, app, web, paid social, personalisation).
* Analyse campaign performance across channels, measuring effectiveness and ROI.
* Create dashboards and reporting in Power BI to track KPIs and optimise campaigns.
* Work closely with operations teams to deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns.
* Support personalisation and automation strategies.
* Lead ownership of campaign streams, including major promotional campaigns and new product launches.
* Contribute to ongoing CRM transformation projects, including new capability implementation.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience in CRM/Marketing analytics, with an understanding of campaign targeting, or decisioning.
* Strong SQL skills for audience building and campaign analysis.
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platforms) preferred.
* Proven track record in analysing campaign performance and delivering actionable recommendations.
* Exposure to multi-channel CRM activity across email, app, and digital channels.
* Background in consumer-facing industries such as retail, gaming, or FMCG is advantageous.
