We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our passionate team at the prestigious Nusr-Et Steakhouse in London.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will
include:

Collaborating effectively with the management
team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience.
·
Ensuring that every guest receives the highest
levels of service from our team members.
·
Managing the restaurant efficiently,
specifically overseeing service at the tables and ensuring the team is
well-trained and delivers a smooth service.
·
Leading by example and maintaining a hands-on,
can-do approach.
·
Handling guest queries promptly and
professionally, ensuring all guests leave with a positive dining experience.
·
Drive the Nusr-Et culture, train and develop FOH
team
The ideal candidate will possess the following
qualifications:
·
Previous management experience in London
restaurant scene, preferably within premium restaurant environment
·
A passion for delivering the highest levels of
service.
·
Excellent organisational and communication
skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
·
Effective multitasking abilities.
·
The ability to motivate a team and foster a
strong spirit of teamwork.
·
Full rota flexibility
·
Experience in operating Micros system
· WSET Level 2
