Casanovas Recruitment have a very exciting temporary assignment for 3 months for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on a full time basis in Ipswich – paying up to £40,000 per annum PR / £20.50ph We’re seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a 3 month temporary basis to join a large international organisation with an excellent culture, to support their current heavy casework/investigations. The role: As an ER Advisor you would be reporting directly to Employee Relations Manager, the role will support the function which provides proactive HR advice in line with legislative requirements and best practice. Responsibilities include: * Liaising with and advise Heads of department, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Employees in all aspects of generalist HR. * Managing complex & varied casework, supporting HR colleagues with generalist HR and project work. Skills & experience required: * Experience in dealing with complex and sensitive problems * Effective communication at all levels whilst working autonomously * Pragmatic and flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Strong ER experience gained in front-line environments & a thorough knowledge of UK employment law is essential.
