Requirements
Must have:
- Attention to detail and following quality assurance procedures for accurate delivery of Retail System solutions - Experience in a similar role or a background in the pub, restaurant, hotel, or other hospitality environment is advantageous - Proficiency in Excel is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Deliver successful transitions of data onto tills and other retail systems, supporting menu changes, promotions, and price changes - Manage and prioritize workload to ensure 100% success rate on meeting deadlines - Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially Food and Marketing Teams, to support key business initiatives - Support the delivery of acquisitions and new IT initiatives by handling data changes - Resolve issues and service calls raised to business SLA to ensure minimal impact to customers - Act as a Business Analyst to perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions - Some travel may be required to meet key stakeholders and visit pubs - Some evening and weekend work may be necessary to support the business
