We are Salix Homes, a Social Housing Provider who own and manage over 8,000 homes in Salford, and we are looking for a dynamic Performance and Business Intelligence Manager to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality insights, robust performance frameworks and a data‑driven culture across our organisation.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* A passion for turning data into insight and insight into action.
* Experience in developing and managing performance frameworks, dashboards and BI tools.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, meaningful reports.
* Knowledge of data governance, quality and emerging technologies.
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire teams and influence at all levels.
* A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
