Save Share Apply now We are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties. You will be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and all legal and compliance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance
2. Act as the main point of contact for tenants, handling queries and resolving issues promptly
3. Coordinate repairs and maintenance, including scheduling contractors and monitoring works to completion
4. Manage and resolve tenant complaints in a professional and timely manner
5. Conduct property inspections and ensure health & safety regulations are met
6. Liaise with landlords, contractors, and external stakeholders
7. Oversee tenancy processes including renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
8. Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and manage contractor costs
Requirements
9. Previous experience in property management or housing
10. Strong knowledge of repairs and maintenance processes
11. Experience handling customer service issues and complaints
12. Excellent communication and organisational skills
13. Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
14. Knowledge of housing legislation and compliance (desirable)
15. 5 days a week on site presence in our Slough Office
