We are looking for an experienced chef for an established multi-faceted business - an independent company. They serve all fresh produce menus for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea - no evening service so you will have a great work life balance.
You will need your own transport.

The chef we are looking for will have a background working in high volume restaurants, pubs or catering operations preparing and cooking fresh food. CHEF - IS THIS YOU?
Experience as a chef in high volume operations
Passion for preparing and cooking fresh food menus
A strong understanding of kitchen compliance and legislation

A hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail
CHEF - YOU WILL:

Prepare and cook the company menu

Work alongside the head chef and FOH team

Maintain high standards of food hygiene & safety and cleanliness

Ensure all compliance, legislation and company systems & procedures are adhered to
