Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: London UK
UK Salary: £28k - £32k per annum + Benefits
I am seeking a skilled 2nd line support Technicians to join my clients dynamic team in London!
I am looking for candidates who are skilled with:
* Microsoft 365 & Active Directory
* Windows Server administration
* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Desktop support (Windows/macOS)
* PowerShell scripting
* Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line support across multiple locations
* Resolve incidents and service requests
* Monitor system performance and implement improvements
* Escalate complex technical issues to 3rd line or specialist teams
* Maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures
* Support deployment and upgrade projects when required
