Position Overview: This role is suitable for an IT Service Desk Manager, Team Lead, or experienced IT professional seeking career progression into an IT Service Delivery Manager position. The role involves hands-on technical support, strategic IT service development, and collaboration with executive leadership.
Location & Work Arrangement: Vauxhall-based office, primarily in-office (4 days/week) with 1 day/week remote.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing 1st to 3rd line support in Office 365 and application support for ERP platforms.
2. Discussing cybersecurity with the CEO and working with the Head of IT on service strategy.
3. Managing IT support and delivery, including working with multiple regional suppliers.
4. Implementing and managing ITIL-based IT service management processes.
5. Leading, mentoring, and managing a small IT support team.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Current technical support skills and experience, especially with Office 365.
* Experience in IT service delivery leadership and managing IT suppliers.
* Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and cybersecurity frameworks.
* Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft Office 365, Azure preferred.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ideal Candidate: A 3rd Line or Senior Support Engineer, Service Desk Team Lead, or existing IT Service Delivery Manager seeking a role with broader responsibilities.
