About The Role
As Host/hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily reception operations
Handle bookings and guest inquiries
Coordinate with FOH and management teams
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house supervisor role (hospitality preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A professional and welcoming demeanor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
