Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimising supply chains in fast-paced food & drink or FMCG environments?
We’re looking for a highly analytical and commercially aware Supply Chain Analyst to join a dynamic and growing business, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, improving efficiency, and shaping end-to-end supply chain strategy.

From demand planning to S&OP ownership, from inventory optimisation to continuous improvement—you’ll influence every stage of the supply chain.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
*Supply Chain Analysis & Reporting
*Deliver high-quality, accurate reporting across procurement, planning, and logistics
*Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers
*Identify cost-saving and service-improving opportunities across the supply chain
*Lead root cause analysis to resolve inefficiencies and performance gaps
Demand & Inventory Planning
*Build and maintain robust demand forecasts across multiple product categories
*Analyse trends, promotions, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy
*Optimise inventory levels—balancing availability with working capital
*Manage phase-in / phase-out (PIPO) processes to reduce waste and obsolescence
S&OP & Cross-Functional Collaboration
*Own and drive the S&OP process, providing strategic planning insights
*Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams
*Align demand, supply, and capacity plans to business objectives
Continuous Improvement
*
Identify and implement process improvements across planning and operations
*
Support automation, system enhancements, and supply chain visibility projects
*
Deliver measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and cost

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
NON-NEGOTIABLE:
Proven experience in Food & Drink Manufacturing or FMCG environments
Experience & Skills:
*
5+ years in supply chain, demand planning, or analytical roles
*
Strong Excel skills (advanced level) + SAP or similar systems
*
Solid understanding of supply chain methodologies (MRP, DRP, etc.)
*
Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable
