Job Title - Hire Controller
Location - Bristol
Working hours - Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:00 (42 hours)
The Hire Controller, based in the depot, is a vital part of operations, sales, and customer service. Building relationships is key, as the Hire Controller manages the entire hire process from taking orders to delivery and collection, liaising with all depot departments to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
On a daily basis, you will be desk-based, working closely with other departments, including stock teams, drivers, and engineers, to ensure equipment is available and customer needs are fulfilled promptly.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A valid driving license
* Previous experience in the hire industry or similar sales/operational roles
