What We Offer Competitive salary: £30,000 – £33,280 per annum Mileage expenses paid at 45p per mile Fully paid comprehensive training and induction programmes Career development and progression opportunities Funded qualifications (Diplomas Levels 2, 3, 4 & 5) Reward and recognition schemes, including Star Performer of the Month Blue Light Card Free access to Udemy online courses Cycle to Work scheme Employee Assistance Programme Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Wellbeing support Casual dress policy Paid holidays (28 days including bank holidays) Free DBS check Support Worker Awards & Team Building Days Excellent induction and continuous learning culture Your Role As a Health & Social Care Trainer, you will: Deliver engaging induction sessions for new recruits (covering safeguarding, medication, autism, CPI) Provide refresher training across our services to maintain compliance and best practice Deliver CPI foundation, advanced, and emergency courses across multiple sites Support managers and teams with tailored training solutions to meet service needs Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement Keep up to date with legislative changes and incorporate them into training content Collaborate with internal teams to design innovative learning materials Travel across our organisation to deliver training (driving licence and own car required) What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Health & Social Care training or a similar role within the care sector Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Trauma-Informed Care Ability to demonstrate knowledge of legal and professional frameworks, including Restraint Reduction Network and Human Rights legislation CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification – foundation and advanced (preferred) Experience delivering induction and refresher training across multiple care topics (safeguarding, medication, autism, CPI) Familiarity with adult learning principles and ability to adapt training styles to different audiences Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively Empathetic, approachable, and committed to improving care standards Driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for travel across sites) Desirable Qualifications: Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Teaching or Training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET, or equivalent) Knowledge of current national standards and best practices in care delivery Previous experience in learning disabilities, autism, and mental health support services About Us: iBC Healthcare is a leading Health & Social Care provider in the Midlands, supporting hundreds of individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, and mental health needs.
