Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join the Asset Management team. This role offers hybrid working (Tuesday & Wednesday in the office), a structured Monday - Friday schedule with no weekend work, and a highly competitive benefits package including flexible benefits, wellbeing support, and the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a professional Let Only service to Asset Managers, ensuring compliance with legislation and internal SOPs. Key Responsibilities: Register new applicants on their software Maintain regular contact with applicants and match them to suitable properties Arrange and coordinate viewings with Asset Managers Ensure adherence to Residential Lettings SOPs Provide support, advice, and updates to Asset Managers, landlords, and tenants Carry out property visits when required Follow up viewings and provide detailed feedback to landlords Handle and negotiate offers Produce tenancy documentation and lettings paperwork Ensure cleared funds, completed references, contracts, and compliance are in place prior to move-in Attend regular office meetings Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator is essential Strong customer service and communication skills Confident negotiator with effective influencing ability Working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance Highly organised with excellent administrative skills Strong written communication and numeracy skills Team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach Driving licence beneficial (if required by the client) Package and Benefits: Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE (no commission) Hybrid working (Tuesday & Wednesday office-based) Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave Health cash plans, cycle to work scheme, wellbeing initiatives and more Supportive, community-focused office culture On-site events, socials, and fundraising activities
