Job Description: As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the management and growth of existing customers whilst assisting with winning new business opportunities. You will also play a key role in supporting with day-to-day customer queries and attending tradeshows to represent the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
* Aiding the development and execution of winning new business
* Supporting tradeshows to represent the brands
* Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
* Assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports on account performance
* Aligning with the company’s passion for delivering sustainable products
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a sales and/or account manager role within the beauty sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Passion for the beauty, cosmetics and personal care industry
