Fern Meadows is set in the town of Faringdon, surrounded by beautiful greenery, Fern Meadows is an Extra Care development comprising 60 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Clients get to enjoy the privacy of their own stylish home, they will also have the choice to enjoy the facilities at the scheme.This includes our communal lounge, hair salon, restaurant, activity room, buggy store, guest room, and landscaped gardens. What will I be doing as a Support Worker? As a Support Worker you will be working with residents to live independently within the service and local community by Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc Supporting with medication administration Supporting with meal preparation Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips Supporting with day-to-day household duties Supporting with any other day routines our clients have Shifts Available This is a new service so we have a range of Full Time, Part Time and Night Wake positions available.
