Salary: £28,168 - £39,244 per annum, pro rata (Academic Grade 4 – 13) (Dependant on skills, qualifications and experience)

Lecturer in Travel & Tourism - Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging curriculum content in travel and tourism subjects.

Foster a stimulating learning environment that promotes student engagement and success.

Provide academic and pastoral support to students to ensure their holistic development.
*
Contribute to the design and assessment of course modules, ensuring alignment with industry standards and educational goals.

Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other college-wide initiatives.
Lecturer in Travel & Tourism – You
The ideal candidate will hold:

A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Travel & Tourism or a related field.
*
Previous teaching experience in higher education or vocational training settings preferred.
*
A teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).
*
Industry experience and/or recognised professional qualifications would be advantageous.
*
Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
*
Enthusiasm for innovation in teaching methods and curriculum development.
