What You'll Be Doing:
* Winning new sales instructions through valuations (not essential) and rapport‑building
* Managing applicant relationships and matching buyers to homes
* Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
* Delivering best‑in‑class customer service from start to finish
* Helping drive branch performance and playing a key role in a tight‑knit team
What We're Looking For:
* 2‑3+ years' experience in residential sales (Negotiator or Senior Negotiator level)
* Confident in valuations (not essential), winning instructions, and closing sales
* Well‑spoken, presentable, and customer‑focused
* A natural communicator – personable and persuasive
* Motivated, target‑driven, and a team player
* Good knowledge of Fleet and surrounding areas a bonus
* Full UK driving licence required (own car)
