What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled exterior rendering specialist who can transform our existing SketchUp models into ultra-realistic architectural renders.
This is not basic rendering work.
We need someone who understands:
Real-world landscape architecture
Botanical accuracy
Outdoor material realism
Lighting physics
Photorealistic composition
Scope of Work
You will receive:
A fully developed SketchUp (.skp) file
Real project textures already applied
Plant lists (real species that will actually be planted)
Reference images showing the quality and style we expect
Your responsibility is to:
Maintain Architectural Integrity
Do NOT modify geometry, dimensions, layout, or materials.
Preserve SketchUp textures (or use extremely similar high-resolution equivalents).
Respect scale, proportions, and construction intent.
Apply Photorealistic Rendering
Ultra-realistic material detailing:
Surface roughness variation
Natural imperfections
Realistic grout joints
Subtle reflectivity
Proper shadow depth and global illumination
Physically accurate lighting (day, sunset, or night depending on project)
Add Real Botanical Context
Add real plant species based on our planting plans
Botanical accuracy (leaf shape, density, layering)
Natural randomness (no repetitive patterns)
Depth, translucency, and realistic shadowing
Proper scaling and placement
Add Outdoor Living Context
When appropriate:
Realistic furniture (aligned with project level)
Fire feature glow (natural flame behavior)
Subtle human-scale context if requested
Premium outdoor ambiance
Required Skill Level
You must demonstrate:
Advanced rendering engine experience (Twinmotion, V-Ray, Lumion, D5, or equivalent)
Exterior architectural visualization portfolio
Strong understanding of outdoor lighting
High attention to micro-detail
Ability to match reference style precisely
If your portfolio includes:
Night renders with realistic lighting falloff
Premium landscape projects
High-end residential outdoor spaces
That's a plus.
Important Notes
This is strictly exterior landscape architecture work.
We are not looking for generic CGI artists.
We are looking for someone who understands buildable outdoor construction.
Materials used must be realistic and consistent with what is actually specified in the project.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
