The Role You will play an important role in coordinating planning activity and keeping key processes organised and on track. This includes supporting a major planning application as well as managing a range of smaller submissions. Responsibilities will include: * Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications * Maintaining accurate and organised planning records and documentation * Monitoring planning conditions and Section 106 obligations * Coordinating information from internal teams and external stakeholders * Supporting stakeholder and community engagement activities * Assisting with responses to planning-related queries About You They are looking for someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with processes, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
