We are seeking an experienced People Operations Specialist to join our client's global People Success team on an 8-month contract. You’ll be supporting a fully remote workforce across APAC, EMEA, and the US, providing exceptional service on a wide range of employee lifecycle matters.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing and triaging employee requests (Tier 1), ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible
* Delivering onboarding, benefits administration, approvals, and offboarding processes (and more)
* Handling some Tier 2 HR cases requiring investigation and resolution
* Maintaining service level agreements (24–48 hours depending on task type)
* Supporting projects and process improvements within the HR function
* Using tools including Workday, Jira, Slack, and G-Suite for day-to-day operations
* Collaborating with global colleagues and stakeholders to ensure smooth handovers and clear communication
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume HR shared services role
* Proven ability to work independently, prioritise, and manage your own workload
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems (Workday and Jira a plus)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to hit the ground running
