Role Responsibility
* Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
* Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
* Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related item
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants Must Be Able To Demonstrate The Following Skills
* Great barista skills – but training can be provided
* Cash handling experience
* Commitment & passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service
* Heaps of energy, positivity & enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
* Fantastic communication skills both orally and written
* A high standard of personal presentation.
Package Description
* Casual hours
* Between £11.44 - £12.21 per hour dependent on age
* Staff parking
* Food & drink on shift provided
