While you might not have heard of us (yet) over 36,000 accounting and audit professionals list Caseware as a skill on their LinkedIn profiles!In this role, you will work closely with the Global Manager, Paid Media to run, optimise, and scale UK paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for testing and refining ad copy, aligning landing pages, and optimising audiences to drive high-quality conversions, while closely monitoring performance to maximise ROI, ROAS, and overall efficiency. You will also produce regular performance reports with actionable insights and collaborate on identifying local growth opportunities that help strengthen and evolve global paid search strategies.
What you will do:
1. Support the build and execution of end-to-end campaign processes across all UK marketing channels.
2. Maintain and enhance workflow automation, ensuring standardisation and efficiency.
3. Support campaign planning and execution by ensuring systems, processes and data flows are operating seamlessly.
4. Maintain clean, accurate marketing data and ensure all integrations function correctly.
5. Oversee data quality checks, audience segmentation accuracy and lead-routing workflows.
6. Partner with global operations teams to ensure UK systems are aligned with global MarTech architecture.
7. Manage lead import process and workflow management for efficient distribution to SDRs and commercial teams.
8. Identify gaps in processes, workflows, technologies, data and provide recommendations.
9. Maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for UK Marketing performance.
10. Analyse multi-channel campaign results, identify trends and translate into actionable recommendations
11. Work closely with the Global Manager, Paid Media to run, optimise and scale UK paid search campaigns
12. Execute ongoing ad copy testing, landing page alignment and audience refinement
13. Monitor campaign performance to maximise ROI, ROAS, conversion quality and overall efficiency.
14. Produce regular performance reports with insights on CTR, CPA, conversions, budgets and recommended next steps
15. Work with the Global Manager, Paid Media to identify local growth opportunities and propose enhancements to global paid search strategies
What you will bring:
16. A degree, or equivalent level qualification, in Marketing, or a Marketing-related field.
17. 2 years' experience in Marketing Operations
18. Hands on experience with Google Ads and paid search optimisation
19. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
20. Proficiency with CRM / marketing automation tools (, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce). Experience working with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
21. Deep analytical mindset and experience with the ability to integrate and analyze data across various data sources
22. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
23. Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to prioritise, adapt and act with urgency.
24. Excellent time management and organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects.
