We are recruiting a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive for our Financial Services team. This position supports the Head of BD in developing and executing business development strategies for Financial Services and related sectors across UK and international offices, aiming to increase sales of profitable, strategically aligned work.
This opportunity allows you to work within a top-performing team, focusing on a key business area and engaging with clients vital to our success.
This role is based in our Edinburgh office. Standard working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible working arrangements considered to promote inclusivity.
Candidate Overview
We seek candidates with the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience in Marketing and Business Development, preferably within the legal sector or similar partnership environments.
* Ability to lead content creation for various outputs, including capability documents, client brochures, pitches, and social media channels.
* Experience managing client-facing events and initiating new events based on current trends or hot topics.
* Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders like Partners, providing advice, guidance, and constructive challenge.
* Experience leading focus groups within the sector, working directly with partners on BD and client plans.
* Successful track record in implementing client relationship development plans, managing key client relationships, and facilitating external client meetings, MI packs, and meeting preparations.
