We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to our HR Director you will be supporting our Aviation & Defence Division. Dyer & Butler deliver specialist civil engineering services to the UK's transport network across aviation, rail, and other adjacent markets. Our Vision is to be the leading provider of essential infrastructure services to the transport sector in the UK. Dyer & Butler is part of a wider group, M Group Services. Role The HR Business Partner will support the delivery of the HR agenda providing proactive, professional HR support and delivering a value-added HR service to the business. You will be applying best practice HR solutions that meet the business needs. Key Duties and Responsibilities Provide direction support, coaching and training to business stakeholders to deliver the people strategy & plan Implement and contribute to continual improvement and innovation ensuring the business is recognised for developing and delivering excellent people practises Support the HR Director with a variety of strategic people projects Provide generalist HR advice and support to managers with all employee relation matters Work in collaboration with the shared services team Support and lead mobilisations, demobilisations, and restructures.We want to hear from you if you have: Proven experience of building rapport and influence key stakeholders across the business Ability to make sound business / HR recommendations after full review of the fact Ability to work independently and agile, working with conflicting priorities Experience working in a similar role A collaborative style that is willing to support the wider team Demonstrable knowledge of TUPE and ER Coaching and mentoring experience Excellent written communication Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office programs Solid understanding of employment legislation and the practical applicationIdeally you will be qualified in CIPD Level 7 or above, however, we will consider candidates who have extensive experience. The standard hours of work are 40 hours per week based on Monday – Friday.
