Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Admin/Center Manager & PA to the MD to oversee the daily operations of our centre, in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, ensure client bookings are processed in line with requirements, manage the sales admin team and support the MD with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage staff and ensure high levels of customer service. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, to facilitate efficient administrative processes and sales administration.
Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
* Manage and support staff, providing guidance and training as necessary to enhance performance.
* Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, and other relevant software for reporting purposes.
* Manage sales administration processes, ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and customer inquiries and streamlining wherever possible and in line with the company QMS.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction levels.
* Utilise CRM software to manage client relationships effectively.
* Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings or client discussions.
* Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence via Microsoft Outlook, and maintaining office supplies.
* Ensure compliance with IT protocols and maintain computer literacy across the team.
* Manage H&S and Maintenance as required at the centre, updating H&S Management software.
* Support the MD with diary management and other administrative tasks such as organisation of company/group functions.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven administrative experience in a managerial role or similar capacity.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
* A background in customer service is essential for understanding client needs.
