A fantastic opportunity to join our team at Coventry & Warwickshire Training Hub and be a part of its overall vision has become available. We are currently seeking a driven and dedicated individual to fill the role of Training Project Manager.

The Training Project Manager plays a vital role as part of a busy team and will support us in achieving our goals, while also contributing to the overall success of our organisation. In this role, you will support the delivery of training programmes in partnership with the Training Hub & Non-Clinical leads, focusing on local priorities such as Practice Manager development, Training Needs Analysis, and Coventry and Warwickshire ICB-funded initiatives.

Coventry and Warwickshire Training Hub was established in October 2020. The Training Hub delivers NHSE Workforce Training and Education, and Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Commissioning Board commissioned objectives, to all four places in our system. We work in partnership with several stakeholders including our ICB, Integrated Care System, general practice, and local Higher Education Institutes to support workforce planning and wellbeing.

Main duties of the job

1. Facilitate programme delivery with Training Hub and Non-Clinical leads, in relation to local priorities such as, but not restricted to:
2. Training delivery identified by Training Needs Analysis
3. Coventry and Warwickshire ICB funded programmes
4. Work alongside Non-Clinical leads to identify and assess current and future training needs through Training Needs Analysis.
5. Plan, scope, and facilitate the smooth running of face-to-face events, including booking venues, negotiating contracts, arranging catering, and providing event support.
6. Provide admin support to Non-Clinical leads, including diary management, liaising with speakers, overseeing registration and booking processes, evaluation, and report compilation.
7. Deliver Coventry and Warwickshire ICB funded projects to support training and education across Coventry & Warwickshire.
8. Manage the Non-Clinical budget, assist in creating finance processes, and handle ongoing administration, invoices, and trackers.
9. Ensure support for Non-Clinical leads and adherence to TH policies and practices.
10. Support the Quality Assurance Multi-Disciplinary Assessment Team (MDAT).

Job responsibilities

* Identify and assess training needs with Non-Clinical leads through Training Needs Analysis.
* Plan, scope, and facilitate face-to-face events, including venue booking, contracting, catering, and event support.
* Provide administrative support to arrange events, manage diaries, liaise with speakers, oversee registration, and compile reports.
* Deliver funded projects supporting training and education across Coventry & Warwickshire.
* Manage budgets, process invoices, maintain trackers, and ensure policies are followed.
* Report regularly on responsibilities and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
* Coordinate MDAT visits and meetings, organize resources and paperwork.
* Coordinate Insights sessions, including feedback collection.
* General: Be adaptable to service needs and changes in duties.
* Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Data Protection laws.


Person Specification


Experience

* Uphold and promote the vision and values of the CW Training Hub.
* Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
* Good IT, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and data management skills.
* Experience in budget management and line management.
* Willingness to travel across CW.


Qualifications

* Experience in training/education.
* Experience of collaborative working.
* Project coordination in complex environments.
* Experience working in General Practice/NHS.
