Company Description
Citizens Rights Project (CRP) is a migrant-led organisation providing tailored, multilingual support to migrants in Scotland, with a primary focus on EU citizens and their families. Since our founding in 2018, we have become the trusted national organisation for EU nationals navigating the complex legal, social, and economic landscape shaped by Brexit. We are widely recognised as the leading and only migrant-led organisation in Scotland with a dedicated focus on supporting EU citizens through multilingual, rights-based services. Our staff and volunteers speak over 20 languages, ensuring accessibility and trust.
Role Description
We are looking for an Outreach and Information Officer to join our team at Citizens Rights Project. This role is central to our work supporting EU citizens and other migrant communities living in Scotland. You'll organise and deliver multilingual information sessions, outreach events, and briefings for professionals; create accessible resources and information; and, occasionally, provide direct support with the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) and eVisas.
This is a varied role where you will combine some frontline support with community outreach, partnership-building, and communications. You'll be part of a small, dedicated, and multilingual team committed to empowering migrants to access their rights, overcome barriers, and build secure lives in Scotland.
