The University of Winchester is seeking to recruit a Programme Administrator to work in the Faculty of Law, Crime and Justice. This is an exciting opportunity for applicants wishing to work in an academic environment where you will be involved in the day-to-day administrative processes for several of the Faculty’s programmes.
The Programme Administrator will be a key member of a highly professional administrative group responsible for servicing the work of the Faculty. The successful candidate will work with the Faculty Programme Administration Manager and academic teams to ensure the efficient running of the programmes and wider Faculty. As well as being involved in maintaining student records, the examination board process and acting as Secretary to Programme meetings, you will be the first point of contact for students and will be required to respond to their queries in a timely and proficient manner.
You should be educated to A Level standard or higher and have experience of working in an administrative role, ideally within Higher Education. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident in interacting with colleagues at all levels. Organised and flexible in your approach, you will have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
