Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver projects effectively from initiation to completion, ensuring customer expectations are met.
* Test and assure software quality prior to release, including interfaces with external systems.
* Support customers through User Acceptance Testing, taking a proactive role in ensuring successful validation.
* Lead customer preparation activities, including configuration workshops both pre- and post-installation.
* Configure systems to meet customer requirements and deliver agreed business outcomes.
* Support customers during implementation, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and coordinating with development teams where required.
* Deliver customer training on system functionality and usage.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with both internal stakeholders and customers.
* Diagnose, log, and manage issues through to resolution, escalating where appropriate.
* Capture and document customer requirements in line with agreed processes.
Qualifications
* Experience working with Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office tools.
* Ability to understand technical data flows.
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
* Working knowledge of SQL Server technologies in a commercial environment.
* Understanding of business environments and operational practices.
* IT background, ideally with exposure to logistics or mobile workforce systems.
* Previous experience with telematics systems and hardware is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
* Ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Customer-focused approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
* Pragmatic, hands-on problem solver with a willingness to learn quickly.
