Role Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the main advisor, offering high-quality service and proactive tax planning
* Portfolio Oversight: Oversee a diverse portfolio of tax clients, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained
* Advisory & Compliance: Draft reports and letters covering a wide range of tax matters including Income Tax, IHT, CGT, and Trust Taxation
* Business Development: Identify and develop new client opportunities, introducing the firm’s full suite of services
* Company Representation: Champion the firm’s values and uphold its professional standards in all external interactions
* Regulatory Standards: Conduct regular reviews and maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring alignment with internal processes and regulatory compliance

Candidate Requirements
* ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent experience)
* Excellent technical knowledge, particularly in personal tax, trusts and estates
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, especially during peak compliance periods
* Confident communicator and relationship builder with a client-first attitude
* A team player with a proactive approach and a keen eye for opportunity
