We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic PE Teacher to join a prestigious secondary school in Middlesbrough. If you have a strong background in physical education and love inspiring young minds, this long-term position is tailor-made for you. This is a role recruited by The Education Network on behalf of the school, with start in October 2025 and an extended contract until Easter 2026.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and dynamic PE lessons that cater to students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
* Plan and execute well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum and inspire a love for physical activity.
* Provide constructive feedback and assessment to students, helping them track their progress and achieve their full potential.
* Organise and supervise extracurricular activities, such as sports clubs, tournaments, and events, fostering a sense of community and school spirit.
