What you will do
* Work closely with young people in the Youth Justice Service preparing them for transition and integration into the probation framework.
* Manage and plan interventions aimed at preventing reoffending, while providing comprehensive support to youth and their families.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess risk and develop rehabilitation plans.
* Record and report on each case effectively, maintaining high standards of documentation in line with organisational requirements.
* Attend and contribute to meetings and court appearances as necessary, advocating for the needs and best interests of the young individuals under your care.
