Class 1 Driver - Swindon Up to £28.86 per hour
The Best Connection Swindon are looking for a Class 1 driver for a leading multinational retailer in South Marston. You will be delivering to other DCs and stores across the country. Usually between 2/3 drops or collection per shift. The shift pattern available is Friday - Monday with a start time between 12:00-20:00.
Requirements
* Valid Class 1 Licence, CPC, Digital Tachograph Card
* No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
* 1 Year Class 1 Experience required.
Hours and Pay
* Friday to Monday with Potential of 5th Shift available
* Weekdays £19.63 per hour
* Nights (After 20:00) £20.71 per hour
* Saturday and Sunday £26.65 per hour
* Bank Holiday - £28.86 per hour
* Overtime after 45 hours £24.55 per hour
* Ongoing position with immediate start
Job and responsibilities
* Class 1 driving from Swindon to Distribution Centres across the UK
* Typically 1-3 drops/collections per shift
* Minimal handball work required
* Responsible for conducting safety checks and adhering to traffic rules and regulations
