Responsibilities
As a marketing technology developer you will
1. Implement and optimise features on our Adobe suite including Experience Manager, Marketo, Target, Audience, and Analytics, to drive effective marketing campaigns and enhance customer experiences.
2. Drive the design of criticalponents in the platform as well as oversee the implementation of new features, focusing on code quality, automation and testability.
3. Contribute to the vision, understand our product roadmap and contribute to building an engineering culture within our global team.
4. Collaborate with a global cross functional team in building customer-centric products
5. Contribute to SDLC documentation and guidance including templates, patterns, and controls.
6. Perform code reviews and system design reviews and establish code quality standards and software best practices for a distributed systems architecture.
7. Mentor and help develop more junior technical talents.
We are looking for someone with lots of energy that enjoys engineering challenges and has a passion to deliver high quality technology solutions and is able to operate in a highly fluid, rapidly changing environment.
Basic Qualifications
8. Proficiency with Adobe Marketing solutions (such as Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Marketo & Campaign).
9. Strong proficiency with Java, Sightly and SQL
10. Bachelor's degree ( or foreign equivalent) inputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
11. Knowledge of web analytics, Core Web Vitals and SEO best practices.
12. Experience with microservices architecture and API development.
13. Ability to translate business goals into technical requirements.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Strong written and verbalmunication skills.
16. Culture of excellence and collaboration
17. Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated.
18. Passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
19. Certifications in Adobe Marketing Cloud.
20. Experience and familiarity with other CRM systems and marketing automation tools
21. Experience with A/B testing and optimisation
22. Familiarity with tag management systems.
23. Experience with microservice architectures
24. Strong proficiency in: Distributed systems, Low-latency services, NoSQL and relational databases
25. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
26. Experience with AWS
27. Experience working directly with clients / users a plus
