The Opportunity
Reporting into senior marketing leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how products are brought to market, ensuring compelling messaging, successful product launches, and strong commercial adoption.
You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to drive product growth and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
* Create high-quality sales enablement assets including presentations, battle cards, case studies, and one-pagers.
* Conduct market segmentation and customer analysis to refine targeting and messaging.
* Define and evolve product positioning and value propositions.
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
* Partner with Customer Success teams to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
* Identify opportunities to increase product usage and commercial performance.
* Measure and analyse campaign effectiveness, using insights to optimise future initiatives.
* Ensure alignment across product, commercial, and marketing functions.
About You
We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You'll likely bring:
* 7+ years' experience in Product Marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, or data-led businesses.
* Strong experience leading product launches and GTM programmes.
* A track record of building effective sales enablement materials.
* Expertise in market research, segmentation, positioning, and competitive analysis.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products into compelling customer messaging.
* A data-driven mindset and experience measuring marketing effectiveness.
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* A proactive, self-starting approach suited to a fast-paced scale-up environment.
