The Role
Due to continued expansion, Vision for Education is urgently seeking a Qualified SEN Teacher to join our flexible workforce from the next academic year and beyond.
Whether you’re looking for part-time supply work to fit around other commitments, full-time long-term roles, or even permanent placements, we’ll work with you to find opportunities that match your preferences and experience.
High-performing candidates may be eligible for our Guaranteed Pay Scheme.
What to Expect
Working as a supply SEN Teacher through Vision for Education gives you the opportunity to:
1. Experience a variety of school environments and demographics
2. Teach across different classes and year groups
3. Deliver pre-set lesson plans – though you’ll also need a flexible bank of your own resources just in case
4. Support students with a wide range of special educational needs, fostering inclusion and positive learning outcomes

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England
6. A passion for working with vulnerable children and young people
7. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
8. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
