Come work for our Developmental and Cognitive Services Division at Riverside Community Care! We are looking for upbeat, conscientious, and hardworking Residential Counselors. This flexible relief opportunity allows you to gain human services experience while making a difference in the lives of others. You will work with individuals to identify their strengths, develop and practice new skills, and help them realize their hopes and dreams.
In this position, you will work as part of a team to provide support, supervision, and skills training for individuals. You will also assist with community outings involving individuals with developmental disabilities. This environment offers hands-on experience in a growing and specialized sector of mental health and human services. Relief Counselors must be certified in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration; on-site training is provided. Supervision will be available.
Flexible shifts are available in: North Reading, Reading, Wakefield, Peabody, and Stoneham.
Pay Rate:
* $15.97/hour with MAP certification
* $15.45/hour without MAP

Required Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Basic computer skills
* Valid driver’s license
