We are currently recruiting for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support students aged 4 to 16 in a specialist education setting located in Wareham.

Role Details
* Start date: Immediate
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 3.30pm
* Age range: 4 to 16 years
* Focus: Primary support available
You’ll be working closely with experienced educators and support staff to help children access learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. The setting is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and commitment to nurturing every pupil’s individual journey.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
To be considered, you must have:
* At least 6 months of childcare experience, ideally involving support for children with SEN
* A proactive and compassionate approach to learning support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
