Responsibilities
To manage the legal entity of UK, to meet all statutory requirements, to meet strategic and annual business plans, to represent the company internally and externally as the official representative, and to push sales activities actively together with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. To actively manage the SI P&L in order to meet or exceed all financial targets, manage the business expenses budget, and provide business operations support services in line with the budget and the needs of the business.
2. To provide SI leadership within the Region, act as the customer’s senior management point of contact, and serve as the final escalation point for the resolution of issues.
3. To define and execute strategic and annual business plans for the Region, in line with the EMEA Regional Strategies, and to grow revenue and operating income.
4. To develop and manage a professional and effective sales team capable of delivering annual sales targets, finding new business, and building long-term and strategic relationships and partnerships with customers. Act as an active Sales Lead.
