We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and organized Receptionist to join our Golau Caredig Extra Care scheme in Barry. The successful candidate will ensure the reception area operates efficiently, providing a professional and warm greeting to visitors and tenants, and assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks.
We seek a candidate who is interactive with visitors and socially inclusive at all times.
This is a permanent 16-hour role, working Thursdays and Fridays each week.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills at all levels and the ability to prioritize your workload effectively. You will treat all customers and colleagues with equality, dignity, and respect.

Golau Caredig offers affordable independent living for people over 55 in 42 purpose-built flats. Care and support are provided by in-house domiciliary care and tenant support services. The development is near Barry town center and includes communal facilities such as a restaurant, hairdresser, launderette, and activity area.
