Business Development Manager - Food Hospitality & Retail

* Forecast: Set company and individual sales forecasts in line with the company 5 year growth plan.
* Lead and Inspire: Build and manage a high-performing team of business development executives, working with them to achieve outbound activity and sales targets within the Food Retail/Hospitality sector.
* Grow Key Accounts: Expand and nurture existing customer accounts in the Retail and Hospitality sector, setting the stage for ongoing revenue and future CSM-grade customers.
* Build New Accounts - Proactively develop high-value new business from current non-spenders and secure long term contracts/agreements.
* Strategic Focus: Collaborate directly with our Sales & Marketing Director to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth in this sector
* Results-Driven: Monitor and report on your personal and team's achievements, to ensure we build a sales machine that consistently delivers. This includes preparing and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts and performance metrics to senior management.
Performance Objectives
* Achieve agreed number of MSI conversations personally and for team
* Achieve agreed number of new CSM accounts.
* Achieve agreed customer patch revenue target

* Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses.
* Undertake health and safety duties commensurate with the post and as detailed in the company’s Health and Safety Policy.
* Act as an ambassador of the company and promote the company brand, always displaying a positive image to customers and members of the public.

* Salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum
