We have a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our existing ER team.
Acting as the first point of contact and taking the lead in supporting a broad range of ER-related issues you will report directly to our Employee Relations Manager. You will also provide a responsive and compliant ER advisory service, in line with Company policies and legislation to our fast paced operational management teams throughout the UK.
This a hybrid role where you will be expected to regularly attend our Shrewsbury office 3 days a week to collaborate with colleagues.
