Job Description Supporting our e‑fulfilment operation for a well-known recognised brand. The site will handle the movement of customer‑specific products, including beers, wines and spirits, within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. As Technical Operations Support, you will play a vital role in providing a knowledgeable, solutions-based approach to ensure the smooth day to day running of the technical function in the warehouse. Working hours: 4 on 4 off nights, 18:00 - 06:00 Salary: Up to £28,318 £2,000 night premium per annum DOE Key duties of Operations Support: Work closely with 3rd parties on external systems Assisting the Picking and Packing Team by providing Engineering solutions to assist in an Operational capacity. Monitoring all machines and ancillary plant to drive efficiency and reliability. Carry out planned maintenance, inspections and complete repairs with little disruption to the Operational schedules. Look for opportunities to continuously improve performance. Follow set procedures and guidelines with respect to Health and Safety and COMAH Regulations. Ensure good working practices and housekeeping are adhered to. Providing weekly reports to management team on status of operational equipment. Proactively make recommendations regarding the equipment to meet the site operational requirements and future development.
