What it's like working in our team
We are a dedicated and fast-paced team working across locality areas. We work closely with schools, Children's Social Care, Health Services, and the Third Sector to contribute to the best possible outcomes for children, young people, and their families. Your contribution will have a significant impact, and you will be trusted to work independently and as part of a team. The work is varied, fast-paced, and sometimes challenging, offering opportunities to develop creative, strength-based, and innovative solutions.
We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive candidates with experience working with children (0-19 years) and families needing support across various areas. You must demonstrate a patient, engaging approach and a desire to empower families to make positive changes, encouraging them to reach their full potential through multi-agency collaboration to ensure the right services are delivered at the right time.
The role involves:
* Working directly with children and families
* Completing Early Help Assessments
* Formulating support plans
* Collaborating with multi-agency partners
* Leading Team Around the Family meetings and reviews
* Providing direct intervention with children and families
Normal working hours are 37 hours per week, typically between 8:45 and 17:00. Flexibility outside these hours may be required to meet families' needs.
