Female Support Worker (Complex Care)

Pay Rate: £12.98 £13.50 per hour

* Days: 08:00 16:00 / 16:00 22:00
* Nights: 21:00 09:00
We are currently recruiting a dedicated Female Support Worker to join a close-knit team providing specialist 1:1 support in the Carlisle area.
The individual you will be supporting has complex clinical needs, including ventilation and PEG feeding.However, beyond her medical requirements, she is a warm, vibrant person who enjoys cooking and baking and has a strong love for her pet dogs and birds.You will play a vital role in supporting her to live a fulfilled and independent life, enabling her to take part in activities she enjoys and supporting her wellbeing both at home and in the community.
What Youll Be Doing:
1. 1:1 Support: Delivering high-quality, compassionate care tailored to her individual needs, including complex care such as gastrostomy management and non-invasive ventilation.
2. Meaningful Activities: Supporting her to enjoy her hobbies, including cooking, baking, and spending time with her pets, as well as accompanying her out in the community.
